Cedric has been the CEO of QualWorld since 2014.

Prior to cofounding QualWorld with 4 other veterans of the industry, Cedric worked in the capacity of Vice President at WorldOne and was in charge of heading the Qualitative department globally, managing a team of 30 project managers and account executives around the world.

Cedric brings with him years of experience in fieldwork, project management and client services in healthcare market research. While working at AplusA (Lyon, France) and later at GfK Research Matters (Basel, Switzerland), he managed all phases of ad-hoc research projects in a number of therapeutic areas, from survey design to in-person presentation of findings to the sponsors of the research.

Cedric is a French native with a degree in international business and marketing (obtained in France) and an MBA in Management (obtained in Louisiana, USA).

Maureen started her career as a social worker, then transitioned into the field of pharmaceutical marketing research. Her extensive experience fielding both domestic and international qualitative research, coupled with experience working in a healthcare setting, provides her an educated perspective on healthcare marketing research.

Maureen has her BS in social work and has completed some graduate course work as well. She has worked in the industry for over 15 years in a variety of roles. Prior to co-founding QualWorld, she has held positions at WorldOne, GfK Healthcare, TVG, and ICR in the role of Head of Qualitative Project Management, Director, Project Manager and Senior Field Manager. During this time, she has managed both qualitative and quantitative research, but her main concentration has been qualitative. Maureen is also a member of PMRG and PBirg.

Maureen enjoys working in such an innovative industry and company that she calls a family of friends. She values the ability to learn and grow in such an international and diverse community. She is always encouraging and ready to help her colleagues.

Brandy Lau is QualWorld’s Director for all Asian operations and is based in Hong Kong. She co-founded QualWorld and has been working as a qualitative researcher and project manager for over 13 years. She is specialized in healthcare market research. Over the years, Brandy has provided valuable assistance in moderation, project management and execution in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Brandy graduated from medical school and her moderation skills are of a very high standard. Many clients request her to moderate qualitative studies in Chinese due to her ability to manage challenging discussion guides and tough interviews with a firm and pragmatic approach. Prior to launching the Asian operations of QualWorld, Brandy was the Head of Qualitative Project Management at WorldOne from 2008 to 2013, and Client’s Executive, Senior Project Manager in Synovate Healthcare from 2003 to 2008.

Brandy has experience in a broad range of different types of research, such as product positioning and repositioning, brand image testing, advertising tests, detail aid testing patient pathways, concept testing, segmentations, exploratory and innovative medical device testing, etc.

Inga is a Lead Project Manager of the European team. Her added responsibilities include overseeing the project management team in her territory, providing continuity across projects and client experience and ensuring that all project managers execute and deliver projects in a smooth, timely and efficient manner.

Her responsibilities also include managing custom-designed qualitative studies globally. This involves coordinating internal resources and external partners for facility, fieldwork, and translations.

Inga has been working in market research for 12 years. During her professional career she had the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and to manage hundreds of different international qualitative and quantitative projects, cope with challenging situations. She has been involved in all stages of surveys, from initiating the project to presenting final results. Inga worked in companies such as WorldOne (currently Sermo), Nielsen and Research Now. She has a bachelor degree in Sociology and is MRS certified.

Inga is passionate about market research and loves the everyday challenges it brings. She believes every day is different and you always need to be on the top of things. When not working, she unwinds through outdoor activities.

Julita is responsable for management and development of Global Resources at QualWorld. She helps to deliver each projects needs in a timely manner and within client’s expectations.

Julita has been working in market research since 2011 and is familiar with all stages of Project Management. She started her MR career as a Project Manager at SERMO (formerly WorldOne) and then moved to an Account Executive position, which gave her the opportunity to build a solid experience in both qualitative and quantitative projects. This knowledge led her to QualWorld where she joined the team as the Commercial and Resources Coordinator. After two years, she was promoted to Resources Manager, as a recognition of her dedication and hard work.

Julita gained her communication skills through her work experience in Lithuania and UK, followed by some volunteer work with Organizations "Diverse Family" and "Young Falcon Union". Therefore, she has a good ability to adapt to multicultural environments.

Myriam is a Senior Project Manager based in France. She has strong experience in leading a team of fieldwork coordinators. She has worked on multiple therapeutic areas such as rheumatology, cardiology, oncology, etc. She can create questionnaires, value story, and competitive readiness to increase sales of a drug. Lately Myriam has been focusing on projects targeting difficult respondents types such as KOLs, payers, high level physicians, and experts across the world.

Prior to joining QualWorld in 2014, she started her career at A+A managing both quantitative and qualitative studies. After this first experience, she joined the customer service team where she worked on all phases of ad-hoc research and panel projects in various therapeutic areas (e.g. writing the survey material, managing the fieldwork, analyzing and presenting the results, etc.).

Myriam graduated with a master’s degree in marketing and a second one in management. She has 15 years of experience in healthcare market research in Europe and the USA.

Mohammed holds a role of Datacenter Administrator at QualWorld. He came to MR directly from the clinical field. He is a registered nurse with clinical experience in various specialties including: intensive care, cardiac care, and oncology.

Mohammed’s passion to healthcare and technology motivated him to study in a pioneer healthcare entrepreneurship program. After graduation Mohammed decided to pursue a career in healthcare business and thus joined the team of SERMO (formerly WorldOne research) as a project manager at first before he became an account executive for EMEA region. He also held other positions such as regional manager for Middle East markets and then became analyst in the oncology center of excellence at SERMO. In 2015, Mohammed joined QualWorld team as a business development manager.

In his free time, Mohammed practices Arabic language calligraphy and enjoys some outdoor sports which best suits his challenge-loving nature. He is also a technology enthusiast and an advocate for wider usage of technology in healthcare for improved patient outcomes.

Vilma holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business management with a specialization in marketing. During her tenure at WorldOne she received honors for having received the largest number of positive comments from clients about the outstanding quality of her project management and her continuous respect of timelines. She worked out of the Brazilian branch of WorldOne in Sao Paulo for 3 months in order to help train the local team.

Formerly a scientific engineer, Anne-Claire showed a real interest in numbers that led her to join QualWorld in the capacity of Assistant Controller in 2014.

Her flexibility and reliability allowed her to experience a “cost controller” position inside AREVA. She was in charge of following a 50 million euro budget, using her software skills to build a strong control system. The recognition of the top management encouraged her to get a financial certificate in order to be legitimized.

Anne-Claire is now in her final school year that she pursues as a lifelong learning student, which gives her the opportunity to work while developing her communication skills and adaptability regarding the deadlines and the processes.

Anne-Claire is recognized for her reliability and her ability to respect timelines. With her strong equipment skills, she’s always ready to help and solve team IT problems.

Fabio joined QualWorld from Sermo (formerly WorldOne), where he developed considerable experience in healthcare market research as Project Manager (from 2011 to 2015) and as Senior Project Manager (from 2015 to 2017), primarily responsible for French, Italian, Spanish, and German clients.

At Sermo, he was responsible for mentoring junior staff and was part of the PM team in charge of the largest project run by the company. He worked with some of the larger players operating in quantitative healthcare market research in Europe and has succeeded in building relationships and trusts with promising new clients in the Italian market.

He is also a lecturer at Vilnius University, where he applies curiosity and passion for research to the study of the kaleidoscopic societies, cultures and political systems of Central Asia. He speaks Italian, English, French, and Lithuanian, and is strengthening his command of Persian, his favorite language.

He lived in Italy, UK, Latvia, and Tajikistan before relocating to Lithuania, where he and his wife live with their beloved daughter.

She graduated from Vilnius University with a Master of Sociology specializing in qualitative research. The languages Ausrine is fluent in include Lithuanian, English and Spanish.

As a sociology graduate Ausrine enjoys following social research news and has a strong interest in the synergy between academic and market research.

Sarah Dale joined QualWorld in late 2015. She works in the role of project manager for the US team.

Prior to transitioning to market research, Sarah worked in the nonprofit sector for nearly a decade. She managed projects for both direct marketing and online fundraising campaigns, in addition to running community partnerships for the entire US. In each role she took on, Sarah acquired new networks, increased funds raised, and initiated more efficient practices for her organization. Often the “last eyes” on a deliverable, Sarah’s keen attention to detail has made her an asset to many tasks. She studies Communications and is a certified ESL teacher.

Chad joined QualWorld’s project management team in 2014. Prior to working at QualWorld, he led the Qualitative Fieldwork Department at Benenson Strategy Group, a top American strategic research consultancy and pollster for the Democratic National Committee. Previously, he managed the Fieldwork Department at the Analytical Group in Scottsdale, Arizona and began his career in market research at Plaza Research, as the Assistant Director of their Phoenix office.

He brings over ten years’ experience in qualitative research with a vast background in fieldwork, project management and client services in consumer, healthcare, and political market research. Chad pursued his Bachelor of Science in business administration at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico.

Chad prides himself on being very client oriented; he knows the value of making clients satisfied by obtaining the opinions of exactly the type of respondents they are looking for and not just any run-of-the-mill respondent. He works with his clients on a daily basis to make sure all bases are covered and that they are getting exactly what they want out of their project.

Cyril joins QualWorld with a unique set of skills that he developed throughout his career working in all kinds of roles and environments. Prior to joining QualWorld, Cyril successively worked as an account executive for 8 years (management of litigations between the company and customers), as a journalist for 7 years (newspapers and magazines) and as a social worker for 6 years (coaching young adults through their job search).

Michele has many years of experience in the administrative support role. In the years prior to joining QualWorld, Michele was the administrative assistant to several small businesses. She maximized efficiency in these environments by using careful attention to detail and her strong office skillset. “Living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, I’m just a car drive away from all the of things that make me the happiest – the beach, daytrips to NYC, and camping in the Pocono mountains. If I’m not in one of those three places, you can find me outdoors spending time with my husband, three kids and two dogs. Brandy Lau is QualWorld’s Director for all Asian operations and is based in Hong Kong. She co-founded QualWorld. She has been working as a qualitative researcher and project manager for over 13 years. She is specialized in healthcare market research. Over the years, Brandy has provided valuable assistance in moderation, project management and execution in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Brandy graduated from medical school. Her moderation skills are of very high standard. Many clients request her to moderate qualitative studies in Chinese due to her ability to manage challenging discussion guides and tough interviews with a firm and pragmatic approach. Prior to launching the Asian operations of QualWorld Brandy was the Head of Qualitative Project Management at WorldOne from 2008 to 2013, and client’s executive, Senior project manager in Synovate Healthcare from 2003 to 2008.

Brandy has experience in a broad range of different types of research, such as product positioning and repositioning, brand image testing, advertising tests, detail aid testing patient pathways, concept testing, segmentations, exploratory and innovative medical device testing, etc.

Cat is a full time project manager with QualWorld. She has over 10 years of experience in marketing research and has in-depth expertise in all aspects of fieldwork logistics and coordination. Throughout her career, she managed both qualitative and quantitative studies and she has provided valuable assistance in moderation, project management and execution in Hong Kong.

She has interviewed people from across a variety of backgrounds including business decision makers, opinion leaders, general consumers in the neighborhood, and different types of physicians in the healthcare industry. She’s grown and built up her healthcare knowledge over the years and has become familiar with different types of research approaches.

With her 10+ years’ experience in moderation, Cat is recognized by her peers and clients for her excellent communication skills. Sheis good at collecting insightful understanding of the target segment through fruitful conversation in focus groups, probing deep with in-depth interviews.

Mami has joined QualWorld in 2015 as a Senior Project Manager to manage the studies in Asia.As a Japanese native, she is also responsible for resources expansion and business development in Japan.

She started her career in the hospitality industry after she moved to Hong Kong where she gained experience in marketing, business development, and recruitment consulting. She transitioned to the market research field in 2009, joining WorldOne (currently Sermo) where she was responsible for handling healthcare quantitative, qualitative, and market track studies in Asia especially in Japan. Mami was also involved in setting up the call center in Dalian (China), especially with staff recruitment and training. Prior to joining QualWorld in 2015, she worked at SSI (formerly MRops) where she handled B2B CATI studies in various countries in Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia.

Mami has strong interpersonal and communication skills. Her friendly, sincere and easy-going personality, as well as strong sense of responsibility, are recognized by her clients, business partners and colleagues.

Besides this, Yoyo also successfully developed close relationships with several clients and acts as their designated moderator for focus groups and personal interviews in several markets such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.

Susan is a Fieldwork Assistant at QualWorld. She is our in-house recruitment expert in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau.

Susan has been in the market research fieldwork space since 2008. She recruited thousands of respondents for hundreds of projects in all kinds of therapeutic areas. Prior to joining QualWorld in 2014, she was the senior team leader in a call center, managing more than 20 team members and bringing support to the panel development in Asia for WorldOne.

Susan has excellent communication skills and can build up a friendly relationship with all types of respondents – physicians, nurses, pharmacists, patients, etc. She is recognized by her peers for her patience and hard work. No matter how difficult the project is, she always tries her utmost to find the right recruits, using creative and innovative recruitment solutions.

Pat joined QualWorld as a fulltime Interviewer in March 2017 and was already filling this role as a freelancer since 2015.

Prior to embracing a career in market research, she served as travel consultant in a travel agency. Pat graduated from the Education University of Hong Kong with a major in Liberal Studies, which is related to self and personal development, society and culture, as well as technology and environment.

Pat is mature, flexible, proactive and independent. She is known for getting things done ahead of time. She has strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

In her free time, Pat loves to watch movies and dramas. She also likes to spend time with her friends and family.
